After a dramatic healing experience, Charlie Jennett became obsessed with understanding exactly what had happened and whether it could be replicated. Was this a one-time event, or was there a systematic process that could be taught and repeated?
Years of studying hundreds of cases of seemingly "miraculous" healings, financial breakthroughs and other profound life changes revealed a clear pattern. The same four steps appeared consistently, whether someone was healing their body, manifesting abundance or transforming any aspect of their life.
The formula works because it aligns with how consciousness actually influences reality at the neurological, biological and quantum levels.
One day, during a particularly deep meditation, my body began shaking uncontrollably. Not from weakness, but as if years of trapped energy were releasing all at once. The next morning, the bleeding that had been a constant companion for years stopped completely.

The four steps
01
Awareness
Exposing the old programme. Your subconscious mind is operating according to beliefs, thought patterns and emotional habits that were largely installed before adulthood. These programmes determine who you think you are, what you believe is possible and the reality you experience. Until you become aware of them, you remain at their mercy.
Charlie's experience: "I had to recognise how deeply I had internalised the belief that my genetic condition was unchangeable. I noticed how this belief affected everything from my daily thoughts ('What's the point of trying?') to my emotional state (resignation and hopelessness) to my physical symptoms, which worsened under stress."
Daily practice
Spend 10 minutes observing your thoughts, emotions and physical sensations without trying to change them. Keep a journal of the patterns you notice. This simple practice starts disrupting patterns that may have run unchecked for decades.
02
Disruption
Breaking the cycle. Neurons that fire together, wire together. Your current patterns are well-established neural pathways reinforced over years. To create change, you must interrupt these patterns and prevent them from automatically completing their usual circuits. Disruption works at three levels: mental (interrupting thought loops), emotional (breaking biochemical addictions) and environmental (changing the triggers).
Charlie's experience: "I had to disrupt my habit of constantly checking for symptoms and expecting the worst. I removed medical paperwork, rearranged my living space and temporarily distanced myself from people who reinforced my 'illness identity.' Every time I disrupted a pattern, I was weakening its neural pathway."
Daily practice
Identify your top three most limiting thought patterns. Create a specific disruption strategy for each. When the thought "I'll always struggle with money" arises, immediately change your physiology (stand up, move) and state a new truth. Practise consistently for at least 21 days.
03
Installation
Programming the new identity. The brain does not distinguish between a vividly imagined experience and an actual one. Through focused mental rehearsal combined with elevated emotion, you create neural pathways associated with experiences you have not physically had yet. You must install a complete new identity, not just focus on specific outcomes.
Charlie's experience: "I spent time each day visualising myself living with perfect health. I would see myself waking up energised, moving with ease. More importantly, I generated the emotions of freedom, gratitude and vitality. I was training my brain and body to recognise this as my current reality."
Daily practice
Spend 15 to 20 minutes in meditation, vividly experiencing yourself as already being, having and doing what you desire. Focus on the emotional state. Record affirmations in your own voice and listen daily. You are aligning with a potential reality, not convincing yourself of something untrue.
04
Embodiment
Becoming the new you. This goes beyond visualisation. Embodiment is about living as your future self in the present moment: making choices from your new identity, carrying yourself as that person would, creating surroundings that reflect your new reality. Embodiment collapses potential into reality. You do not wait for external reality to change before you change. You change first, and reality follows.
Charlie's experience: "Embodiment meant making decisions as a healthy person would. I began eating, exercising and resting based on what supported optimal health, not what accommodated illness. I maintained this even when external evidence hadn't fully caught up. This consistent alignment eventually collapsed my new identity into physical reality."
Daily practice
Choose one aspect of your future self to embody fully for the next 30 days. This might be how they start their day, speak to others, or approach challenges. Keep a daily journal noting shifts in how you feel and how others respond to you.
Why it works: the science
The ADIE Formula is not a philosophical approach or a collection of positive thinking techniques. It is a systematic process aligned with four converging scientific domains:
Epigenetics
The formula influences which genes are expressed by changing your internal environment. Your thoughts physically alter gene expression through DNA methylation and histone modification.
Neuroplasticity
The formula rewires your brain by disrupting old neural pathways and creating new ones. Eight weeks of daily meditation produces measurable increases in grey matter density.
Psychoneuroimmunology
The formula creates new biochemical states that directly impact physical health. Every thought creates a cascade of chemical reactions that affect every cell in your body.
Quantum Biology
The formula aligns consciousness with new possibilities. The observer effect suggests consciousness is not a passive witness but an active participant in creating reality.
The formula is not linear but cyclical. As you embody your new identity, you become aware of deeper layers of programming. Each cycle takes you to a more refined and expansive version of yourself.

From healing to abundance
The same formula that healed a "permanent" genetic condition applies directly to financial transformation. Chapter 13 of the book covers applying ADIE specifically to abundance:
- Awareness: Identifying the money beliefs installed during your theta-state childhood (ages 0 to 7). "Money doesn't grow on trees." "Rich people are greedy." These are not observations. They are programmes.
- Disruption: Breaking the stress-cortisol-scarcity loop that chemically reinforces your financial ceiling. Your income thermostat is a biochemical pattern.
- Installation: Creating neural pathways associated with wealth identity. Not visualising stacks of money, but embodying the emotional state of someone who naturally attracts and creates wealth.
- Embodiment: Making financial decisions from your abundant identity today. Not waiting until the money arrives to feel abundant. Feeling abundant so the money can arrive.
The complete ADIE Formula with detailed exercises, advanced techniques for each step and application guides for health, abundance, relationships and purpose is in Chapters 4 through 13 of the book.
